Delete Specific CalmPulse Data

You can delete personal data from within the app at any time without deleting your account. Here's how:

🧠 Delete Pulse Chat History

1. Open the CalmPulse app and go to the AI chat (Pulse).
2. Tap the ≡ menu icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select "Chat History".
4. Choose to delete individual chats or all conversations.

📓 Delete Journal Entries

1. Go to the Journal tab in the app.
2. Tap the ≡ menu icon to view your entries.
3. Tap the trash icon next to any entry to delete it.
