Entries are stored securely and can be deleted at any time through the "Delete All My Info" function.

Some exercises include customizable vibration patterns to enhance the experience.
(d) Focus & Concentration Games
Play interactive color-based games designed to improve focus and mental agility.
(e) Music & Video Creation Tool
Choose from a pre-approved, royalty-free music library.
Premium users can upload MP3 files from their device.

Browse curated articles from leading universities and reputable sources that support the principles behind CalmPulse's features.

(g) Onboarding Questions
Upon registration, users may be asked to provide personal details such as name, self-identification, current mood, goals, and reasons for using the Service.

(h) Advertisements
The Service may display non-personalized, randomly served advertisements.
Ads are not tailored based on your personal data or usage patterns.

Users may register using Google Sign-In or via email and password.
Certain features require registration to function properly.
2.3 Premium Subscription Features

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using either Google Sign-In or an email and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We strongly recommend enabling device-level security features (e.g., PIN, biometric authentication).

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
4.1 Subscription Plans
The Service offers paid subscription plans, including:

Monthly Plan – Recurring billing every month.
Half-Year Plan – Recurring billing every six months.
4.2 Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Apple Pay (for iOS users) or Google Pay (for Android users).
You must maintain valid payment information to keep your subscription active.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Renewal charges will be billed to the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Firebase, AdMob, Apple, and Google). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

21. Service Availability, Notifications & Modifications
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
We may suspend, discontinue, or modify the App or any feature at any time without liability.

“User Content” means any text, images, audio, video, or other materials you submit or make available through the Service (including journals, uploads, and AI conversation inputs/outputs).

Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
License to CalmPulse: You grant CalmPulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Your responsibilities: You represent that you have all rights to the content; it does not infringe third-party rights; and it is lawful and safe.
Third‑party materials in your content: If your User Content includes third‑party materials (e.g., stock images, videos, audio, fonts), you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permissions. Premium users may choose to upload and use their own audio files (including but not limited to MP3 format) within the CalmPulse application for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as combining audio with user-selected images or videos.

By uploading or selecting an audio file from your device, you represent and warrant that:

You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the audio file.
Your use of the audio file does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
CalmPulse does not host, store, transmit, or distribute user-provided audio files. All audio playback occurs locally on your device, and such files are not uploaded to our servers.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any audio file you use within the application complies with all applicable copyright laws. CalmPulse assumes no liability for unauthorized use of copyrighted material by users.

27. Device Vibration Feature
CalmPulse includes a device vibration feature that may be activated during certain exercises, notifications, or interactive elements of the application.
